When Tammy Arp Jones found out she would be having a C-section, she wasn’t sure what to expect. After all, it was her first baby. She knew she’d be well cared for at Fannin, but she was delighted to discover that the quality of care she and her baby received exceeded every expectation.

“They made what could have been a very stressful event feel very comfortable,” she says. “From the birthing center nurses to the dietary staff, everyone was so professional, compassionate and supportive. There are no words to express my gratitude. I still ask myself why people would ever drive out of town to have their babies.”
